Mike's Story (Case Study)
Impress PR and Emmaus
Mike was a homeless person - losing his business and house due to a concoction of domestic abuse, a cancer diagnosis and mental health problems. Eventually he managed to drag himself back on his feet, with the help of Emmaus Potteries - a homeless support charity. But whilst he had found a house, he needed furniture and belongings to turn it from a shell into a home for Christmas.
What we did
We interviewed Mike and followed his journey throughout, piecing his life back together - documenting the conversion of his empty flat into a home, working with Impress PR along the way to try and raise awareness of Mike's story, and the brilliant work Emmaus do.
